Services to Adults with Developmental Disabilties (STADD): What is a navigator and what do they do?

- Navigators develop partnerships with other formal and informal agencies so young people have the support of effective teams during their transition to adulthood.
- They support individuals to achieve their goals and help connect them to the services that can support a positive transition.
- STADD partners include MCFD, CLBC, schools and school districts, health authorities, and WorkBC
Pre-registration is required by October 19, 2018.
