Adult Residential
Group Homes
Community living enriches and enhances lives. In our group homes and apartments, people with developmental disabilities receive individualized support and care with the richness of living in a community and the pleasure of full participation in neighborhood life.
DDA operates professionally staffed homes throughout Vancouver and Richmond. Homes are designed for a small group of adults brought together by compatibility, and the individual’s wishes and needs.

Supported Living
Participants in our supported living program are encouraged to develop and maintain healthy relationships and retain independent life skills. Residents live with roommates in shared accommodation but with less support than a group home and are expected to have activities during the day (work, volunteering, school).
For more information please contact Tasia Alexis at 604-233-5486 or talexis@develop.bc.ca.
Community Apartment Program
Residents live alone (or as a couple) in an apartment that they own or rent themselves. Residents receive ongoing or occasional support in financial management, health and nutrition, relationship building, and developing strong links with people in their community.
